We take PRIDE in everything we do at Ouch Apparel. All shirt designs are printed with the newest machines in the Print-On-Demand market. Our Roland Versworks BN-20 prints on ECO SOL Max Certified ROLAND Solvent inks, onto the industry leader Siser ColorPrint PU Matte Printable HTV. We sell 10,000+ shirts every quarter so Quality and Satisfaction is always 100%
Services
What sets Ouch Apparel apart from other retail stores is our capability to print-on-demand. This is the newest custom t-shirt printing technology; it allows our certified staff to print low quantity runs of designs and pass that savings onto our customers. Additionally, we just added a NEW15-needle embroidery machine late 2022. Which will take our Hats department to a whole new level (excited).
Ouch Apparels designs have been featured in Pride events all over the world. Shipping capabilities out of San Antonio, Austin, Idaho and internationally with Berlin and Singapore, we plan to expand our shirts into over 150 different retail stores around the world.
In-store graphic designer
Our graphics art department has over 25 years in the industry. We are designing using the newest CAD base software to provide vector images for our t-shirt and embroidery hats.
T-shirt production team
We manufacture our t-shirts in store using 100% cotton Gildan t-shits. The designs are then printed onto the industry leader Siser ColorPrint PU Matte Printable HTV.
Embroidered hats
This is our newest product line, added late 2022. The new 15 needle BAI Embroidery machine gives us the ability to make in-store custom hats.
